Connecting to Global Protect VPN on Linux
To properly connect to the Global Protect VPN used by Villanova University, we need a working client.
The official client is finnicky. This tutorial describes how to use an open source client to establish a Palo Alto Global Protect VPN connection.

In Arch Linux, you can install it with:
sudo pacman -S globalprotect-openconnect-git
The GUI interface is paid but works like a charm. The CLI requires additional work but is free.
Just run it with:
sudo -E gpclient --fix-openssl connect --csd-wrapper /usr/lib/gpclient/hipreport.sh vpn.villanova.edu
And now you should be connected the university's VPN!
